For my Katakana Literary Project, I decided to compose 3 haikus. Haikus follow the syllabic pattern of 5/7/5.

I decided to feature ハンサム as the key Katakana because it is a loan word from the English word "handsome".

バラバラー- sound of rain beating down
I decided to feature バラバラー as the key Katakana word because it is a sound word which describes the sound that heavy rain makes.

ReplyDeleteさいご の はいく は わたし の いちばん すき です〜 It's just so true! The smallest dogs always make the most noise. I really liked the second as well, because it captured the moment of a rainy day. The first one was the most amusing, because of the ending line.
ReplyDeleteAwesome~!
ReplyDeleteYour second haiku is my favorite because you used an onomatopoeia It sounds very poetic!
ReplyDeleteYour second haiku is also my favorite. This haiku reminds me of some Chinese poem. Great work~!!
